What does it mean to be a woman?
Raw, powerful, and moving. This International Women’s Day, we gathered with some Coastrekkers and Wild Women from our incredible community here in Sydney, capturing first light and sharing truths.
What does it mean to be a woman? What fills them with pride? What fears have they conquered?
Several Coastrekkers and Wild Women sharing their truths for International Women's Day.
From different walks of life, these stories are unique yet the message is the same: the strength we hold, the courage we embody, and the unwavering desire to uplift, connect and inspire. From dancing through life in harmony to speaking truth with conviction, and challenging ourselves in the great outdoors, we’re taking action for a healthier happier world where all women thrive.
One of life’s greatest triumphs is overcoming fear. Whether internal or external, big or small, physical or emotional, the challenges we face shape us. As these women reflected on the fears they have overcome, we were reminded of the immense resilience within us all – the quiet confidence, the unshakable strength, and the magic that unfolds when we trust ourselves and step beyond fear.
This is for all our wild women out there – we are trailblazers, changemakers, and adventures.
Together, we rise.
Together, we empower.
Together, we step beyond fear.
Today, and every day.
